All our research activity is designed to meet the needs of the
client. We use our extensive knowledge of current research and
publication sources to assemble and analyse relevant information.
We adopt three approaches:
Desk and Online Research draws on our knowledge of traditional
information sources, such as the European Commission, OECD, Department
of Trade & Industry (UK) and The World Bank, as well as sources
of information available via the Internet. We combine the unique
research and ebusiness skills of our team to locate and distill
the available information into a comprehensive and relevant report
for our client.
Customer Interviews / Surveys - our firm has an established
reputation for strong survey design. We get answers in our interviews
through clearly identifying and structuring the questions that
need to be asked.
Focus Groups - provide qualitative and group-based feeback
that is difficult to capture in one-to-one sessions. We have found
these powerful for both strategy development and evaluation assignments.
